I have a repetitive stress injury in my right shoulder due to 15 years at a desk job. Since purchasing this chair a few months ago, I haven't had a single problem with my shoulder or back! The chair moves with me and accommodates my body up to 10 hours on most days. It works especially well for my small frame. The arms are not adjustable, but for me this also is not a problem because the chair just fits my body.
