a. Your Profile™ Seat and Back

Back flexors track with the individual movement of your spine and pelvis. The back flexors are individually shaped to the human form to provide optimum support for each area of the back. Seat flexors conform to your shape, providing a dynamic comfort pocket.

b. Your Power™ Mechanism

The Your Power Mechanism moves as fluidly as the human body does. It provides recline support in proportion to your own body weight, while keeping you oriented to your work.

c. Height, Depth, Width, and Pivot Arms

Arms telescope in and out, move forward and back, pivot and adjust up and down so you can find a natural position that comfortably supports the wrists, forearms, shoulders and neck.

d. Flexible Seat Edge

When you recline or lean forward, the seat edge flexes to relieve pressure on the back of the legs.

e. Your Preference™ Control

The Your Preference Control combines four comfort settings into one simple dial. Select your favorite setting : weight activated, weight activated with at 20% boost, mid-stop recline, and upright back lock

You may return it for any reason within 30 days of invoicing for a refund of the product's price, excluding our outbound shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee. Products may only be returned in new condition and in the original packaging.

If you discover shortly after receiving your Think chair that parts are either damaged or missing from the packaging, please call us immediately and we will send you replacement parts as soon as possible and at no additional cost.

Comments about Steelcase Think® Work Chair Value Pack:

This chair is amazing! Many might prefer the Leap over this chair, but I like the seating surface on the Think better than the contoured cushion on the Leap, although the leap has a nicer contoured back. Either of them are drastically better than the Herman Miller Aeron. The best way that I can explain this chair is that it feels that it moves with you not against you; it has a light feel that I couldn't find in any other chair. Also, you cannot beat the arm rests... amazing. I can't stress that enough; being able to recline while keeping your arms and lap in place is wonderful, I can't see why they would design chairs any different. I definately recommend trying out the Think and the Leap before purchasing; they each have a different feel that will depend on your preference.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
