All mechanisms and controls are guaranteed for a full five years and all upholstered materials for a full three years of normal commercial use (single shift) or a prorated equivalent for multi-shift use.
In addition to Source Seating's Limited Lifetime Warranty, we also offers a 30 day return policy from the time of invoicing. You may return a purchase for any reason within 30 days, in new condition and in the original packaging, for a refund of the purchase price excluding a %10 restocking fee and our actual outbound shipping costs.
