Scholar Craft's 140 Series Chairs offer an exceptional value at a truly reasonable price. Seats are injection molded from heavy-duty, high-density polyethylene and supported with a crossover leg design. The back is ergonomically designed for comfort and an enhanced learning posture. It is blow-molded with double-wall construction to create a 1 1/8" deep back enclosing twin supports. With a nickel-steel seat and back secured by hidden rivets through the metal frame, the 140 Series chair offers an exceptional strength to weight ratio.

Can be stacked for convenient storage
Optional bookbasket attached under seat
Bright, nickel-chromed steel frame
Available in standard or sled base
Standard base features swivel designed self-leveling, rubber-cushioned glides available in nylon or steel
Sled base is made from extra heavy 14-gauge steel

Specifications:

Legs are 16-gauge, tubular swaged steel
Twin back supports of 16-gauge tubular steel
Heavy-duty, high-density polyethylene seat and back
