The would chips and nicks easily. \n\nIt is somewhat challenging to sit comfortably at the desk since the arms prevent me from getting close enough to the desk. I ended up taking the arms off, but then you can't lean back. Perhaps the armless model has a different support structure to prevent wobbling between the seat and back.
Service and delivery comments:
Delivery was QUICK!! chair came with a broken wheel. The manufacturer sent a new set right away... rec'd within 4 days. Fantastic.
