This product is too heavy/large to ship via the small package delivery services (e.g. UPS, FedEx) so it will be sent to you via truck freight. This service will deliver your product to a business location with a truck loading dock (must be height of a standard truck bed). With standard shipping the product will be rolled off the delivery truck and onto your loading dock where it will be left. If you are shipping to a residential address, you will be responsible for taking the unit off of the truck, which can be very difficult without assistance.
We do offer additional levels of service that you can purchase depending on your needs. Please assess your situation carefully when you select additional shipping services. If the shipper arrives at your location and you have not paid for the services you require, your product will not be delivered. You will need to pay for the additional services before your product will be delivered.
