Electronic Lock Features:
- Combination can be changed quick and easily by the operator of the safe
- Audio and visual signal; LED flashed and unit beeps to indicate the code entry is valid or invalid
- Low battery warning, visual signal is given whenever battery is low
- Lock out penalty: if combinations are consecutively entered incorrectly, the safe will lock up for a 15 minute period

Safe is exposed to over 1000° C in an airtight gas furnace for 2 hours

Red hot safe is lifted and dropped from a height of 30 feet (9.1 meters)

After the drop test the safe is reheated in the furnace at a mean temperature of 1090° C (2010° F) for an additional 45 minutes

The internal temperature of the Mesa Safe was at 130° C (260° F), well below the paper tolerance level of 232° C (450° F)
