Chair seating does not fit securely on base, feels loose and unstable. Leather feels like cheap vinyl.

Purchased as a home office chair. Difficult to assemble, with multiple screw sizes and complex positioning required to get the parts connected. The leather is a lower quality than expected, certainly not premium. The chair feels loose and shaky once assembled, triple checked that everything was correct. Fairly good padding and the best features are the aluminum base and aluminum arms. Leather and padding on the arms could certainly use improvement.
Service and delivery comments:
Extended wait to get the unit shipped. Notification of shipment was a day after the unit was actually shipped, disappointing. . . poor communications.

Awesome looking computer chair, well cushioned, very comfortable, even for back pain sufferer. Quality is not as high as I expected (stitching not perfect, leather doesn't look like real, looks more like vinyl). Overall, I am happy with it.
