it looked extremely comfortable in the pics, but truly the back is fixed and you cannot adjust it closer to your desk, in about two weeks the bottom padding was unsupportive and you can feel the seat pan of the chair. it looks better than what it is. i wish i could return it for something else. i feel like i made a bad decision and should actually sit in a chair before i buy it.
