This storage space has a night job and a day job - an easy access bookshelf and file drawers by day, and handy lockdown capabilities by night. It comes standard with one adjustable shelf behind the tambour that is 1" high. The filing drawers are fully extendable so getting to those files all the way in the back is a simple task. Safety is not an issue with the standard two locks; one for files, one for the tambour top. Four locking casters make sure this storage unit doesn't move throughout the day.
