Service and delivery comments:
Customer Service was terrible. I had to call about eight times to find out what was going on. I think my order got lost and nobody would tell me. I called ten days after placing the order to track where the desk was. I was given in invalid fed ex tracking number. Whenever I called I got the run around. I finally called fedex myself and they had no deliveries scheduled to my address. Someone named Jennifer finally helped, followed up with calls and resolved everything. I love the desk, the experience was not so great.

These desks are very nice, heavy and beautiful. Nice black finish. One thing was that the drawer pulls were not silver like in the photo, they were black. We bought 4 desks for office [...].
