Delivery team did an excellent job. Since is most real wood, the desk is very heavy. They did their best to move it to upstair office.

I bought the version with the lighter wheat finish, and this is an excellent desk. It's absolutely beautiful, and I am very impressed with the construction. The boards that were used to form the desk top were obviously selected for their beautiful grain and aligned so that the grains match up perfectly. The wood work on the front and back of the desk is gorgeous but not overwrought. The drawers are very attractive, and the one locking filing drawer works well.
There is only one thing that I am a bit unhappy about. Several of the drawers are pitted. I'm not quite sure how it happened. The other two pieces I ordered from this collection are pitted in the same way, so it may just be a strange part of the manufacturing process. It's not a huge flaw, but it certainly is noticable.
Overall, though, I would definitely buy this desk again, and I would certainly recommend it to anyone else.
