Truck Freight Additional Information:
This product is too heavy/large to ship via the small package delivery services (e.g. UPS, FedEx) so it will be sent to you via truck freight. This service will deliver your product to a business location with a truck loading dock (must be height of a standard truck bed). With standard shipping the product will be rolled off the delivery truck and onto your loading dock where it will be left. If you are shipping to a residential address, you will be responsible for taking the unit off of the truck, which can be very difficult without assistance.
We do offer additional levels of service that you can purchase depending on your needs. Please assess your situation carefully when you select additional shipping services. If the shipper arrives at your location and you have not paid for the services you require, your product will not be delivered. You will need to pay for the additional services before your product will be delivered. If you refuse to take delivery (or do not pay for the services you need in order to take delivery) your order will be processed as a return so any applicable return fees will apply.
One other important thing to remember about purchasing a Global Office Furniture product is that you MUST inspect the package at the time of delivery. If the product has any damage, or if there is any reason for you to be at all concerned about damage, please write "PRODUCT DAMAGED" clearly on the sheet that they ask you to sign. This simply insures that if there is any damage, it will be easy to take care of the problem.
