This item is actually less than a one. We bought a complete office of this style computer credenza, file cabinet, l-shaped desk and desk. The veneer is so thin that a piece of scotch tape got on it and the veneer ripped off. The file cabinet drawers will not hold files without getting stuck and hanging up. I just now bumped the desk chair on my desk and a HUGE piece of veneer ripped off. We just bought this stuff and figure with the with the way it is waring(or holding up) we will have to replace the entire office in less than a year. We knew this would not be top of the line but we did think we would get a few years of wear. Keep looking this is not a good buy for your money. SAVE YOUR MONEY.....

I am using the product as a desk. It's paper thin veneer covering dings if you drop a pen on it. This is not made to stand the test of time. The metal brackets for the file drawers are so weak that when you put files in them, the drawers sink down and get hung up on each other.
