The desk looks beautiful. Even though it was "tedious" to put together and the drawers needed a bit of adjusting I am satisfied with the purchase.

I use this desk for my home, it fits perfectly in the corner. Only problem I could not use the CPU door. My computer runs very hot. The desk looks good without the door since the inside of the CPU bay was also finished, like the outside.

desk is ok, the doors are hard to keep on and the big drawers will jump off the tracts. it is very easily scratched .

excellent value, sturdy construction, greeat design as it offers large flat desk surface, storage for PC, platform for printer and three drawers for storage. it is not particularly easy to put together but not impossible. I read many comments about the instructions prior to purchasing, but the key is knowing to read the key. at the beginning of the instructions there is a key/legend to all parts. this is key as you move through the instructions, as the part number is referenced and if you remember to refer back to the key/legend you can confirm you are using the correct parts. my wife and I love it as it has made a wonderful addition to our library.

[...] Poor instructions. They were hard to follow and no "instructions" just pictures. They could save themselves a lot of problems if they printed instructions for all of us English speaking people, and pictures only for the non-English speaking people. All drawer problems could have been resolved if the instructions stated that before nailing the back on, check for square. There was a 1/4 inch difference between the front and back causing the drawers to fall out. Since it's big and awkward to move, by the time you get to the drawers, we had it in place and it was easier to shim the drawers rather than take it apart to square it up. This also caused the door on the front to not fit properly.

The desk is exactly what I wanted -- and it is a beautiful piece of furniture. It arrived within three days of my ordering it. The only criticism I have is in the assembly instructions. They were somewhat unclear -- there should be some kind of indication in the instructions so that it is more clear which side of the piece is being put together. But, it is a large desk, and I am happy that I was able to assemble it without assistance. I am totally delighted with my new desk.
