This file cabinet is beautiful as well as functional. The cherry finish is not too dark and has a nice tone to it. It will take about an hour to fully assemble but is worth it. The construction is sturdy and the drawers open & close smoothly.

THE ONLY THING I DON'T LIKE ABOUT IT IS THAT IT REQUIRES FREQUENT SURFACE CLEANING, AS IT EASLIY TAKES ON FINGERPRINTS OR ANYTHING ELSE THAT IT IS EXPOSED TO. OVERALL, A VERY FUNCTIONAL AND GREAT LOOKING PIECE. WONDERFUL COMPARATIVE VALUE.

We ordered three of these files and three matching desks. We were very pleased with the products. The furniture is heavy and looks good when assembled. Plan to spend some time putting them together though. I would recommend these highly!
