Was warned about these chairs arriving with NO hardware (screws, bolts, caps, etc) and that's EXACTLY what happened. Good chairs, but BOSS (parent company of chairs) has the WORST customer service in this country, called to relay the missing hardware problem and was told "sorry, we'll send some out when we have time, via regular mail" this after I needed the chairs set-up correctly the FIRST time for customers in our waiting room.
BUYER BEWARE, look elsewhere then BOSS COMPANY products, not only do they arrive missing parts, their correction is not only slow but disingenious and completley misleading.

the chairs came un assembled. the screws were hidden throughout the entire chair. i advise that you really take your time or you will miss all the screws...
