Poor quality control. Parts are missing from the package. We had duplicate of another part that gives the impression all parts were present. Can not assemble until new part arrives.

Product is too heavy to lifted by one person. even with two persons we struggled with the weight. recommend 3 people to take off truck and place in house.
Service and delivery comments:
Product arrived with parts missing. The missing parts were substituted with duplicate parts. Clearly this was to circumvent the quality control process. Already had to wait 7 days for the desk to arrive now I have to wait another 5-7 days for the missing parts to arrive.
When called the support line the IVR was clearly broken and it took nearly 30 minutes to get through to report issue and order a replacement.

Pros: The desk is very well built for pressed and laminated wood. The filedrawer can be placed on either side which helped in my setup. Very very sturdy when put together, but also very heavy. The desk 'top' itself is very solid and supports a large deal of weight (2 19-inch flat CRTs). The directions were very easy to follow for the most part.
Cons: The tiny CD case holder on the top of the desk is junk, even with the bar behind them, cds dont fit well and slim jewel cases fall through, I just took it out and stacked them. The directions althought clear presented a problem finding the right screwes as they were all very simiilar. Take care and double measure screws as "actual size" on directions is misleading.
Final thoughts:I love this desk and fits in my room nicely. It is decivingly large, so if it is a small area, measure the area first. It recomends assembling it with 2 people to put everything together, but I did it alone and it was easy. Would definitly buy again.
